The brand-new SiROP platform is online: click here to go there! Here, you are on the old platform, where you can still view your old data, but you can't create new accounts, post projects or apply for projects anymore.
Post any project form you like - i.e. curricular projects (such as bachelor, master, MD, or PhD thesis projects), and the more flexible extra-curricular SiROP Excellence Projects. You can reach a large audience of your choice within your own institution and/or other SiROP Member Institutions.
2. Application
Students enrolled at a SiROP Member Institution may search and apply to your project over a simple online form. You will be automatically notified by email and can review the application details online. You can then simply accept (see below) or deny the applications online.
3. Interview
As with all applications, you probably want to invite the student to meet with you (or otherwise let him know that you are not interested). You can do this online.
4. Agreement
If both of you decide to work together after discussing the project details, you can enter and confirm the terms online. The data required is absolutely minimal for curricular projects.
5. Conclusion
Upon project conclusion you can enter the conclusion details and archive your project online.
6. Certification
SiROP offers to the students the certification of their SiROP Excellence Projects (this is not the case for curricular projects). In case the project was successful and you are happy with the student's performance, we will verify the details and certify the student. The certificate is intended as an official letter of recommendation which recognises the students extraordinary motivation, curiosity, and initiative.
