A Digital Health Framework for Chronic Conditions
Are you fascinated by the untapped potential of wearables and smartphone apps in revolutionising the way we manage and treat chronic conditions? This project offers an unparalleled opportunity to dive deep into the world of digital health, exploring how mobile technologies can enhance remote assessment and deliver impactful interventions for conditions ranging from mental health to heart disease, and beyond.
In the rapidly evolving field of healthcare, digital technologies are becoming indispensable tools in managing chronic conditions. This project aims to explore and develop a comprehensive framework for the integration of wearable devices and smartphone applications in monitoring, assessing, and delivering interventions for chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and mental health disorders.
Through a detailed literature review and evaluation of existing digital health solutions, the project will identify key digital biomarkers and innovative intervention strategies that can significantly enhance patient outcomes.
